WTP - Model SB -Filter Belt Fine Screens
Continuously cleaned, self-unloading filtering and conveying belt screen for fine wastewater screening – screenings are captured and conveyed by the moving belt, a 2-dimensional grid sized to trap fine solids and provided with rows of projecting teeth for lifting larger debris.

- Heavy Duty Belt Screen - non-metallic and stainless steel, 2-dlmensional grid, filtering / conveying belt provides continuous, self-unloading screenings removal.
- Stainless Steel - heavy duty framework, covers and chute in stainless steel construction for maximum corrosion protection in harsh environments.
- No Submerged Sprockets Or Bearings To Corrode Or Foul - belt is carried by dual roller chains along frame-mounted roller guide rails.
- Spray Washer - to automatically wash screenings and to eliminate carry-over.
- Pivoting Supports - entire screen will rotate out of the channel for maintenance.
- Direct Drive - shaft-mounted AGMA II class helical gearmotor and stainless steel drive shaft.
