A high-speed rotating motor powers the eccentric components, generating centrifugal force that drives the screen box into a circular trajectory. This motion evenly distributes materials across multi-layer sieve decks, enabling precise stratification and classification of particles. Key features include adjustable vibration amplitude, screen inclination, and low-noise operation, achieved through self-lubricating bearings and rubber composite springs. With processing capacities ranging from 100-500 t/h (depending on model), it excels in high-efficiency screening for mining, chemical, and construction industries, ensuring rapid material separation and minimal clogging.
