YASA ETModel REWATER -Membrane Systems for Wastewater Treatment

SHARE
The intelligent equipment for wastewater treatment REWATER® was developed by YASA ET following the principles of membranes filtration technology. It adopts the design concept of "recycle first, treat later", which can greatly reduce the investment and operation costs, while at the same time eliminates wastewater disposal with its output of pure water.

YASA ET REWATER® Membrane Filtration

Pressure driven membrane processes are by far the most widely applied membrane processes in wastewater treatment, from pre-treatment to post-treatment of wastewater. These processes rely on hydraulic pressure to achieve separation.

There are four main types of membranes that can be used for pre-treatment of after-treatment of industrial wastewaters.

These are Microfiltration (MF), Ultrafiltration (UF), Nanofiltration (NF), and Reverse Osmosis (RO). The main difference exhibited by these processes, apart from their pressure requirements, is their membrane pore sizes which can remove different pollutants as required by the wastewater to be treated.

Thanks to its design, YASA ET REWATER® equipment can be configured based on the wastewater that needs to be purified.

The machine can be equipped with Reverse Osmosis (RO), Ultrafiltration (UF), Microfiltration (MF), and Nanofiltration (NF) membranes with pollutants reduction up to 99.8% in optimal conditions.

After the wastewater enters REWATER®, it flows in the channel formed by the membranes which filter the pollutants and let only pure water go through.

The membrane system of REWATER® has a high removal efficiency of most of the substances contained in wastewater, including heavy metals, calcium and magnesium ions, fluoride ions, COD, BOD, ammonia nitrogen, and oil.

YASA-REWATER® equipment is currently used by factories with a large output of wastewater.

Our equipment can be employed in the following industries:
