Toilet Roll Production process:

The waste paper enters the hydraulic pulper, and the waste paper is beaten and deinked, and then flows into the pulp tank after beating and deinking;

The pulp pump lifts the pulp from the stock tank to the high-frequency vibrating screen, which plays the role of screening and separating impurities;

After screening, it flows into the pulp tank, and then is lifted into the rinsing machine by the pulp pump, washed clean, and automatically flows into the pulp tank after bleaching;

Then the pulp is lifted into the refiner and ground into a fine pulp, which flows into the pulp pool and then is lifted into the sand settling table by the pulp pump, and the impurities such as sand and ash are precipitated and separated, and then made into pure pulp, which is then lifted into the pulp stabilization box by the sand removal pump to adjust the concentration of the pulp.

And finally into the finished roll. After the paper is rolled, it enters the rewinding machine, rewinding, punching and embossing. It is rewound from a large roll into a small roll, and then enters the slitting machine, cut into different lengths, and then packed into finished products.
