Yihe Machinery - Short Cycle Melamine Lamination Line
The Short Cycle Melamine Lamination Line is designed for the lamination of furniture boards, laminated flooring, and decorative materials. This machine features single or double side lamination press configurations, with either overhead or bottom oil cylinders depending on the model. Additionally, it includes options for various stainless steel plates to achieve finishes such as high-gloss, matte, and embossed patterns. The laminated flooring press machines have a pressure range of 1400 to 3200 tons and can be customized for different board sizes. Key technical features include CNC-cut frames for high precision and stability, a hydraulic system with fast closing devices, and options for air or water cooling systems. The machine is equipped with high-performing heat insulation materials and synchronized closing devices for precise positioning. The control panel integrates electrical parts from renowned brands like Mitsubishi, Delta, and Omron, ensuring reliability in operations.
This short cycle press lamination hot press machine mainly used to do the lamination for furniture board, laminated flooring and decorative material. This machine mainly divided into: single(double) side lamination press with overhead oil cylinder, single side lamination press with bottom cylinder, laminated flooring press machine and wood profiles face lamination press machine. This machine can be equipped with several kinds of stainless steel plate for high-glossy, matte, S.F., embossing pattern’s pressing lamination. Regarding laminated flooring press machine, pressure range: 1400T-3200T, we can design working size and specification according to your different board size.
- Machine frame all cut by CNC, after combined, high precision, stable performance, and high efficiency in production.
- Hydraulic system, equipped with quick closing device, air cooling or water cooling system, main machine is equipped with FULL-SOLID wuxi cylinder.
- Set high performance heat insulation material between cylinder and hot platen, extending cylinder’s working life.
