The specific reasons are as follows: Oxygen concentration and flow characteristics: When the gas flow rate of 1L and 2L oxygen concentrators is adjusted to 1L per minute, the oxygen concentration can reach 90%. However, when a higher gas flow rate is needed, the oxygen concentration will decrease, making it difficult to maintain above 90%.

Working principle: Oxygen concentrators refer to devices that use molecular sieve PSA pressure swing adsorption principle to increase oxygen concentration by adsorbing nitrogen and other gas components. When the device is working, compressed air is injected into a closed adsorption tower filled with molecular sieves, causing the pressure inside the tower to rise. With the increase in environmental pressure, the molecular sieves adsorb a large amount of nitrogen in the compressed air, while the oxygen in the compressed air remains in the gaseous state and is collected through certain pipelines.This process is called the adsorption process.

When the molecular sieves inside the container reach the adsorption saturation critical state, the adsorption tower is blown to reduce pressure. With the decrease in environmental pressure, the molecular sieves’ ability to adsorb nitrogen decreases, and the nitrogen is released from the inside of the molecular sieves and discharged as waste gas. This process is usually called the desorption process. To ensure the continuous and stable output of oxygen, the oxygen concentrator uses two molecular adsorption towers, controlled by a separation valve, so that one adsorption tower is in the adsorption process while the other is in the desorption process, alternating to complete the continuous oxygen production process.
