In the regulation, in the article related to the rain water collection project; “For the mechanical installation project in the buildings to be built on parcels larger than 2000 m²; A rainwater collection system project is also added in order to collect the rainwater from the roof surface in the rainwater collection tank to be established under the natural ground, and to filter and reuse it if necessary. Relevant administrations may also impose obligations on smaller parcels. Stormwater collection tank, 3 m to the side, back or parcel border of the parcel. With the rainwater collection regulation, construction projects in immovables larger than 2 thousand square meters are now a necessity.
