The 3010 Ion Chromatograph is a high-stability analytical instrument designed for both trace and routine ion detection. After manual sample injection, the purified sample enters the quantitative loop within the chromatography module. A delivery pump sends deionized water to the eluent generator, which produces eluent online. The eluent carries the sample through a six-port valve into the chromatographic column, where target ions are separated.
The eluent then passes through a suppressor to reduce background conductivity before entering the conductivity cell for signal measurement. The system software processes and outputs the final data. The instrument incorporates advanced technologies such as a three-dimensional wind-heated thermostatic column oven and surface-mounted circuit boards for integrated control. It features a built-in eluent generator, gas-liquid separator, and smart chip, offering intelligent automation and enhanced operational stability. Users can easily adjust experimental conditions to accommodate complex sample analysis.
