ZGT - Model NM400 -Abrasion Resistant Steel Plate
NM400 is a type of wear-resistant steel plate. “NM” stands for the Chinese pinyin initials of (meaning wear-resistant) and (meaning abrasion). The number 400 refers to the Brinell hardness (HB) value, which, in this context, generally ranges from 360 to 420 for domestic NM400.

NM400 steel plate has a broad range of applications, primarily in the fields of mining machinery, construction machinery, and port machinery. Its three most common application areas are as follows:
1.Quarry and Construction Machinery:
Examples: Gravel and stone conveying equipment (such as routes, chutes, hoppers), crushing equipment, shovels, excavators, forklifts, trailers, bulldozers, dump trucks, dredgers, crushers, grinders, screens, hoppers, mixers, and concrete aggregate molds.
2.Mining Machinery:
Examples: Fans, dischargers, spiral chutes, crushers, grinders, screens, and conveyors.
3.Cement and Refractory Material Plants:
Examples: Crushers, chutes, and cyclone separators.
In these applications, NM400 wear-resistant plates serve as wear-resistant components. They can withstand harsh working environments and heavy loads, ensuring the long-term stable operation of the equipment. Due to its high cost-performance ratio, NM400 is often used as an alternative to Hardox 400 wear plates.
