Zhongci - Metal Pall Ring Tower Packing
Metal Pall rings are one of the most basic and widely used types of column packing. The main difference between it and the Raschig ring packing is that there is a rectangular window hole on the side wall, which is formed by opening eight layers of small rectangular windows on the wall of the ordinary Raschig ring.
The small window blades meet at the center of the ring, where the upper and lower windows meet. The window vanes are bent into the center of the ring. This structure improves the distribution of vapor and liquid, and makes full use of the inner surface of the ring, so that the gas and liquid in the tower can be filled from the free passage. Versatile and cost-effective choice for distillation, absorption and stripping operations, including high volume and high temperature processes. The cylinders are the same size, but the metal Pall ring has two rows of stamped and formed fingers to facilitate steam flow.
