ZIND - Capsule Filters
Our capsule filters not only guarantee high performance, but also protect operators and the environment during setup, production and cleaning. The disposable filters feature a robust construction that offers outstanding resistance and reliability even in demanding applications. They are autoclavable and chemically disinfectable. Each filter consists of a high-quality filter insert encapsulated in a special polypropylene or PFA housing to ensure maximum leak-tightness and safety.
Our capsule filters are available in a wide range of media:
- Deep media: polypropylene and glass fiber
- Membrane media: PES, Nylon 6.6, PVDF, PTFE
For special requirements, we also offer positively charged PES and Nylon 6,6 as well as various layering options to meet your exact specifications.
- No matter what your requirements are, our capsule filters can be flexibly configured:
- Length selection: from 2 to 30 inches (5.1 to 76.2 cm)
- Various end connections: for seamless integration into your system
- Inlets and outlets: various choices for a perfect fit
Many of our capsules are available pre-sterilized by gamma irradiation, saving you time and money in preparation.
Our filters are designed to withstand multiple autoclaving cycles at 134°C for up to 30 minutes and easily tolerate chemical disinfection procedures. This ensures maximum safety and efficiency in your production process.
