Steam generator
Independent of the sterilization chamber integrated in the autoclave housing. Ensures rapid heating and cooling compared to conventional heating systems.

Water rapid recooling with circulating air fan
Enables a reduction in re-cooling time of over 80 % compared to self-cooling in the sterilization of liquids. This is achieved by means of an internal heat exchanger through which water flows, also known as a “fast cooler”.

Vacuum pump kit
For mechanical removal of air and drying in vacuum. Possible processes are single-stage vacuum, fractionated vacuum, continuous or pulsating drying in vacuum. Furthermore, the post-drying can be accelerated by supporting a jacket heating.

Exhaust air filtration
Condensate activation for sterilization of pathogenic substances in S2/S3 laboratories according to TRB 100.

Steam-air mixture process
For the sterilization of tightly closed bottles and pressure-sensitive goods. An additional temperature sensor, air baffles and a circulating air fan ensure precise temperature control and distribution.

Documentation
For documentation, a printer with network connection and our Sterilog batch documentation software (via RJ45 Ethernet interface or as USB memory card) are optionally available.

Qualification
For equipment qualification, we offer comprehensive IQ, OQ and DQ.

Touch display with control
Enables simple and intuitive operation on the autoclave. In conjunction with user-friendly software, this allows the autoclave to be operated quickly but also highly variably and easily. Maximum variability is ensured by 12 program positions, 10 of which are fully variable.

The following parameters can be freely set for each program:

• Program type: solid, liquid, waste solid, waste liquid
• Sterilization temperature: 105°C…138°C
• Sterilization time: 1min…60min
• Excess temperature for liquids: 0…3°C
• Holding time at the end of the liquid program 1min…60min
• Timer for programmable start time
