Printing and dyeing sludge contains a large number of chemical residues, with high proportion of inherent water, is very difficult to dehydrate. However, the organic components in printing and dyeing sludge is very high. The calorific value of dry sludge can reach 2000kcal/kg, about 30% - 50% coal.
