ZJN - River Sludge Dryer
River/Port sludge is mainly from the river/lake/sea which is polluted. If these slduge not to treat, it may take more pollution. And the dry sludge is rich of mineral substances, can be used as fertilizer material. But such sludge is hard to dry. There are much bound water, so that it is pasty. To overcome this problem, we designed drying equipment specially for River/Port sludge. It contains rotary harrow, feeding and discharging system, hot air distributor and discharging system, W type guiding and lifting boards, S Type transporting way, three levels cylinders etc, and have over 100 patent technology, is multi-loop and three level drying machine. With the combination function, it efficiently prevents sludge bonding again or bonding to the cylinders, heating energy is fully used, drying speed largely increased.

The hot air is controlled by hot air distributor. The temperature and volume adjusted to be different based on different River/Port sludge conditions and fuel you use. And in each cylinder, the hot air temperature and volume are also different. Therefore, we can dry the sludge as request with least energy. The waste hot air and steam(evaporated from sludge) are discharged in each cylinder as well, which prevents the re-absorption to sludge.
Drying Unit
According to the sludge moisture content, target moisture content, different usage after drying and capacity, we customize different drying units for you. Tailor-made every drying machine to make sure it is the most suitable dryer for you! So every drying equipment we produce is unique.
The Drying Unit is three different diameter cylinders setting together. There is a Rotary Harrow in the drying unit, which separate the sludge into small size and tossing. With the function of hot air, the surface will dry instantly. The guiding and lifting segments lined in W Type in general, make the wet sludge go slower, dry sludge goes faster. Combining with S type material transporting way, the material will be dried about 6 times than traditional dryer under same time.

- The solid particles in the air flow is highly dispersed in a suspended state. And the hot air and solid material conduct in two directions. So that the transfer surface area greatly increased. Since the inlet hot air speed is very high, gas-solid two-phase conduction speed is also very high. So the volume heat transfer coefficient is quite high. As the solid particles in the air flow is highly dispersed, making the material critical wet content greatly reduced.
