The adhesion strength of through-the-weave internal layer is 50N,and our existing two steps hose also can reach 50N by improving the weave. The out layer adopts special material(such as Hypalon,Nitrile Rubber mixed with Kevlar pulp etc.) to increase abrasive and ageing resistance of hose,and greatly increase its service life. The internal layer can be customized according to different operating environment and become widely used.(the internal layer material NBR/PVC and EPDM,etc.are available)
