Requests for UK field engineers to visit your vehicle are made through the Scarab Service desk via our service engineer co-ordinators using this direct method helps achieve the best possible response times and keeps your vehicles downtime to a minimum. Our Highly trained UK Field Service Engineers are located throughout the UK and their Service van`s holds a wide range of parts and specialised tools to help get your vehicle back on the road.

The Scarab factory service workshop has facilities on site to cope with most repairs, including refurbishments, accident repairs, retro-fit work, welding and complete vehicle re-sprays.

 Request Service For Customers Outside the UK

If you are outside the UK please contact your Local Distributor for further assistance. All Scarab Distributors are trained to a high standard and will be able to get your machine back on the road quickly if you need more information on your local distributor then please contact us first.

Technical Support

We provide an excellent technical support by phone, fax or email or for out of hours by registering with our Online Support. The Online Support includes a knowledge base of common questions & answers and provides complete accesss to Technical Documentation, Vehicle Parts and Operators Manuals as well as being a live tool to respond with our service and technical department on specific machine problems.

Training Courses

Technical Training courses are available at the factory or on your premises.
