First Commissioning: Our company is able to carry out technical interventions on site, for the commissioning, activation and start-up of fire pressurisation units and of pumping systems in general (pressurisation units, variable speed systems or lifting systems). Assisting customers in cases of emergency, to solve any type of problem, whether the origin is electronic, mechanical or hydraulic, paying particular attention to the timing of intervention.
Idroelettrica presents itself to the customer as the sole interlocutor, and provides a quick and competent assistance service, on the pumping systems and on the related command and control device
Within our workshop, we are able to carry out an accurate analysis of the equipment at the service of the pumping systems, which present operating problems.
Our personnel has been suitably trained to carry out internal repairs of pumps, electric pumps and motors (electrical and endothermic) of each brand.
Repairs always take place very quickly, to minimise costly downtime of the system.
The company has a large spare parts warehouse, with over 10,000 items, organised on an area of 1,500 square metres.
Rigorous order management procedures, combined with a wide range of spare parts, allow us to process requests within a few hours of receipt.
Technicians with many years of experience can support the Customer, during the on-site assembly phases of complex pumping stations, multiple fire-fighting rooms and for the installation of submerged or vertical VTP pumps.
These activities are studied and planned by our Service. Each activity is developed on the specific application of the customer.
