After Sales Services

Customer support is very important at Dragon. We understand that our customers expect a first class after-sales service from us and for this reason we keep consumable spares on the shelf that are available on a next-day delivery service. We also offer a routine maintenance and repair service and our experienced service engineers (who also manufacture the shredders) are also available on a next-day basis (same day in some instances). Telephone support is always available from our qualified personnel.
