Customer Satisfaction, Suggestions and Complaints: We are very well aware of the fact that the customer satisfaction needs to produce products and present services beyond their expectations. At this point we try to do our best to analyze customer expectations, demands and suggestions. We try to reflect all the positive and negative feedback information we gather from our customers to our products and services and to our new designs by using such information statistically on our continuous improvement activities. Our expert personnel working for Orakçı Machinery serves our customers inland and abroad for trainings, installation and service-maintenance.

We give product warranty for one year for our products for inconveniences originated from manufacturing or installation except for the user faults, yet the warranty periods may differ from country to country in accordance with the respective legal regulations therein.

Orakçı Machinery presents a User - Maintenance Manual and Spare Part Booklet together with its every product to the customers. In the booklets under the Spare Parts section you can see the product related spare part codes and definitions.
