Reverse Osmosis units are very common in Water Distribution Networks. In order to ensure purity of the potable water, proper check and tests are essential. It is highly impossible to setup a RO Unit at site while the water distribution process is ongoing. Hence many of the utility providers and water disinfection process agencies do their assembly by means of portable units for easy plug and play type of handling.

DESCON has been supporting many such agencies in the United Arab Emirates. Pictures displayed are from a portable RO unit prepared for operation in the middle east region. Service Engineers from DESCON have been visitng the integrator`s facility to assist them in configuration and parameterization of Electromagnetic Flowmeters. In addition to the flow measuring units, there were Pressure Transmitters and Ultrasonic Level Transmitters in this job. Further to successful integration, these units were shipped to End User`s locations outside the United Arab Emirates.
