Akkerman not only manufactures quality trenchless tunneling equipment, we are also dedicated to providing the best support to get our customers` projects up and running as smoothly as possible. Akkerman maintains an extensive parts inventory to provide the fastest possible delivery of required items. Additionally, our team of field technicians have many years of hands-on experience. Be assured that they have completed the highest standards in safety training and regularly update their credentials.
Training for first-time users of Akkerman equipment is typically accomplished by sending one of our technicians directly to the job site to work with your crew until you are confident that your their skill level has increased enough to complete the installation independently. Akkerman also trains customers at our facilities in Brownsdale, Minnesota upon request.
Akkerman field technicians are available to you via by contacting Daryl. We always strive to dispatch technicians as soon as possible.
