Maintenance works are carried out by fully trained and experienced personnel with the appropriate know-how. The manufacturer`s instructions are followed in all works, contributing thus in the efficiency of the machine each time. In this way, we manage to reduce the possibilities of facing problems as well as the cost of repairs, while the durability of the machines is at the same time increased.
The service is fast and guaranteed, the cost being known from the beginning, if the latter is not covered by the guarantee. Professional engineers, especially trained in dealing with defaults and in multi purpose vehicles maintenance, carrying great experience and technical knowledge, respond immediately at all levels of repair and maintenance
The technical support supplied by RAM EUROPE is achieved with the contribution of:
- The network of peripheral service workshops.
- The mobile service fleet.
- The central service workshop at our premises.
The role of all the three is analyzed below.
Network of service workshops:
RAM EUROPE operates a network of 40 service workshops all over Greece. These workshops maintain a full stock of the spare parts which are necessary for carrying out maintenance and repair works and associate with the CENTRAL SERVICE WORKSHOP on a twenty-four hour basis.
If a peripheral service workshop spots the lack of a certain spare part, even before it is necessary, it will notify the central storehouse and the spare part will be sent in order to be available when required.
Also, in the authorized service workshops, the personnel have been specially trained for dealing with the maintenance of all the machines and accessories. Apart from that, they are fully manned.
Transport capacities- Mobile service
During the good performance guarantee period, defaults are restored either in the central service workshop or in the authorized workshops or with the help of mobile service. In cases of defaults which prevent the machine from moving safely, RAM EUROPE covers the expenses for its transfer to the nearest service workshop or the central one, if deemed necessary.
We stress that any kind of service is supplied within 48 hours from the respective notification of RAM EUROPE.
RAM EUROPE owns trucks and lighter vehicles properly equipped for performing repairs, restoring defaults on the spot, the quick transport of the machines to the service workshops (central or authorized ones) and the ability to have access in any part of the country. These vehicles are presented below.
The mobile service fleet consists of:
- 2 units- half-trucks 3/4 tn, for 1st grade repairs.
- 4 units - cars type mini van 1,1 tn of closed type for 1st grade repairs and service.
- 3 units - cars type VAN 3,5 tn of closed type, fully equipped mobile workshops for 2nd grade repairs-and service.
- 1 unit - car type VAN 5 tn of closed type for 2nd grade repairs and service.
- 1 unit - truck 5 tn of open type of 2nd grade repairs and service.
- 2 units - tow trucks 14 & 11 tn for 3rd grade repairs.
- 5 pieces - transport trucks 40 tn, 17,7 tn, 16 tn, 13,7 tn and 8 tn for 3rd grade repairs.
- 1 piece - truck 16 tn, with a by-level trailer for carrying machines with attachments, for 3rd grade repairs.
