HAZCLEAN provides a comprehensive support program for clients interested in new construction and/or expansion of existing facilities that will produce air emissions as regulated by the Clean Air Act (CAA). The HAZCLEAN professional engineering staff is experienced in conducting air emissions permitting in the Southeastern United States as well as selected states throughout the nation. Our services include conducting an emissions inventory, determining the permitting status of the facility, projecting the permitting requirements for the facility, completing the appropriate permit documentation and assisting the client with the regulatory agency for the ultimate receipt of the permit. Additionally, HAZCLEAN will assist the client with the associated annual and semi-annual reporting requirements as established by the operating permit for the facility.
HAZCLEAN is experienced in preparing and assisting the client with Title V Permits, general permits and Prevention of Significant Deterioration (PSD) Permits. HAZCLEAN also provides a Strategic and Tactical Environmental Planning (STEP) program to assist clients with short term and long term planning for expansion purposes. This program offers the client the opportunity to identify roadblocks and/or time delays as it relates to securing construction and operating permits. HAZCLEAN will assist the client with development of short and long term permit procurement to facilitate any expansion plan.
