Diagnostics areas such as human and animal health, food safety, environmental and agricultural sectors are already discovering the advantages of flexible electrochemical detection. Inherent advantages of electrochemical platforms are the low cost associated instrumentation and reagents, good prospective for point-of-care applications and flexible assay procedures.
