Established in 2002, HRL Compliance Solutions, Inc. (HCSI) is a DBE certified, fully insured small business headquartered in Grand Junction, Colorado. HCSI is a full service environmental consulting firm providing services locally and nationally to private enterprises and both governmental and non-governmental organizational entities.

HRL Compliance Solutions, Inc. was established as a small business enterprise dedicated to providing environmental consulting, site assessment and remediation, and waste management services to a wide variety of clients. While the primary clientele has been within the oil and gas industry, HCSI has taken advantage of the recent expansion and diversification of the national energy portfolio.

Through the union of our Division of Environmental Compliance and Division of Clean Energy and Sustainability, HCSI has synergized and expanded services provided to our clientele. This synergy has allowed HCSI to integrate and supplement services provided to traditional clientele, and those in the renewable and alternative energy sector in ways that enhance the business model, operations, and bottom-line of clientele across the board.
