Effective End-of-life IT Asset Management enables you to accurately assess the progress of your used IT inventory from end-to-end, with all IT assets being processed through a fully controlled and audited system. PI operates a comprehensive real-time software suite designed to provide a complete audit trail and transparency of all equipment processed, upgraded, remarketed or recycled. Regular audit reports are then generated for you so you can be sure the management of your IT estate is accurate. To further help reconcile your accounts, at the end of your financial year we will provide you an annual report detailing the outcome of every item handled by PI, by volume and type of equipment. This will include the result of any items recycled proving 0% to landfill, and will show a financial summary of the total costs and savings made.
