Beechgrove Construction offers retrofit/repair work of existing canopies regionally, for confirmation if available in your area please contact us. All retrofit/repair work requires an inspection completed in advance to ensure that we supply you a complete quality product & installation service. We can perform work on existing sites regardless of whether they were purchased from Austin Mohawk and Company.
Beechgrove provides quotations for retrofit/repair work based on the inspection. Note that to classify as retrofit/repair work the canopy dimensions; width, length, clearance, fascia height must remain as they are currently. Most townships classify these as repairs. To modify any of your canopy dimensions requires a full structural evaluation and known foundation details to be considered.
Repairs/retrofits include:
- Misc. repairs to restore your canopy
- Redeck and/or Reface retrofit work replacing components to align with existing size
- PE review of inspection form & pictures
- Meet Prevailing wage requirements when applicable
- OSHA compliance, 10 hr. OSHA cards
- Beechgrove Safety policy
- All subcontractors have Liability & Workers Comp insurance
- Trash removal/dumpster included
