Hydraulic Pull Testing
TÜV SÜD has servo hydraulic load / fatigue / vibration equipment for performance of destructive or durability testing. The system can perform single, or multiple point load applications depending on your test requirements, and can be programmed to follow pre-defined load sequences.
Seat Track Testing

Window Regulator Testing
TÜV SÜD can perform window regulator testing on power or manual window samples. With experience testing front, rear, sliding door, midgate and end gate window regulators, we have the experience to help our customers to complete the testing they need. We can handle vehicle testing, single door testing, or simulated window fixture test applications.
Running Board Testing
TÜV SÜD has the resources to perform running board or retractable/automated step testing. Whether it is power or manual, small or large, we can handle your test requirements. Samples can be adapted to our universal test fixture, or unique fixturing can be created. With customizable load profiles and multiple load application options, we can offer our customers great flexibility in the testing.
Latch Component and System Testing
Latch testing can be performed on individual latch components or as part of a system, mounted on a body buck or vehicle. Radiator, Heater Core and Oil Cooler Testing
TÜV SÜD has the equipment to perform radiator, heater core and oil cooler testing. With experience dealing with samples from small to large vehicles,we will work with customers to ensure their product can meet the high temperature demands.
Full Vehicle and Body Buck Testing
TÜV SÜD has several environmental test chambers, and a large test lab area that can accommodate full vehicle and body buck testing. We have the capability to provide custom built fixtures for measurements or cycling, designed specifically for the vehicle on hand.
