ETIC’s biologists have extensive utility industry experience, which enables them to understand the pressures and intricacies of construction schedules and needs. Our construction monitoring and biological expertise enables us to address potential hurdles during the planning phase of construction to ensure there are no unnecessary delays once work is initiated. Examples of challenges to construction include: nesting birds, exclusion buffers, access routes, limited operating periods for sensitive species, and last-minute schedule changes. ETIC works with our clients and project managers to ensure that these challenges are overcome so work can continue on-schedule and within budget while staying in compliance with permits.

Innovation
ETIC has worked diligently to employ green technologies and provide bioengineering to minimize impacts to the environment and prevent losses from occurring. Utilizing green technologies and bioengineering reduces waste generated for temporary protection measures. These efforts provide cost saving results for installation and restoration activities. Not only has ETIC implemented these practices internally, but we work to teach our subconsultants and clients. Our success is measured in overall biological and species habitat protection statewide.
