Our approach to remanufacturing used refuse vehicles is meticulous down to the very last detail and our quality standards are the highest. We strip back the dustcart body, inspect the steel shell and packer assembly, and assess all mechanical, electrical and hydraulic components for durability. All vulnerable parts of the municipal vehicle body are factured or replaced. As part of our service we automatically replace packer assembly pins and bushes, hydraulic hoses and electrical wiring, with new components. The body and packer assembly are shot blasted, primed and assembled before being mounted onto a chassis of your choice. Your refuse truck can then be painted in your company livery.
