Breeam And Ceequal
Dawnus have delivered numerous projects to meet BREEAM Standards and have always achieved the rating required by our Client at preconstruction stage. We have recently achieved our our first CEEQUAL project; Yazor Brook Flood Alleviation Scheme achieving Very Good rating, and aim to register several more projects under CEEQUAL in the coming months.We have both BREEAM and CEEQUAL Qualified assessors within our project teams and aim in all circumstances to maximise the credits which can be achieved through our design and construction input. We also seek to obtain innovation credits for example by achieving a score of over 36 on the Considerate Constructor Scheme and have achieved this on many projects.
Our Pembrokeshire College Innovation Centre Project was the first further education building in the UK to achieve the BREEAM Excellent Rating; this project then went on to win the BRE Bespoke Award for Wales.
Our Monmouthshire Housing Association Project won the 2011 BREEAM Offices
Award, having achieved a BREEAM Excellent rating and been previously recognised
in the regional LABC Awards.
