In addition to the Village Center, a second parcel from the site has been converted by a private developer into condominiums for senior citizens. A brownfield grant from the Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources allowed for redeveloping a third parcel into green space.
Ayres Associates assisted the Village with applications for various grants and provided environmental engineering at the site. Ayres Associates also designed a 5-acre stormwater detention basin and designed a bicycle/pedestrian trail around the basin in addition to a prairie garden and community vegetable/flower gardens.
