When it comes to building and property development, we utilise strong foundations. Our building division has a solid reputation for undertaking commercial, residential, educational, medical, industrial, retail and refurbishment projects for a large number of public and private sector clients. We can operate under a traditional contract, on a `design and build` basis or as works packages on major schemes, such as the development in North London of 103 apartment units and a 1,100 m2 medical centre.

With a repertoire of in-house skills embracing a full range of management, architectural and engineering services, we are able to deliver our projects on time and to the highest quality, whether it’s a `fast track` shell and core office building, intricate refurbishment or simple fit out.

Our family ethos ensures we don’t just consider the building, but those who’ll be living or working in it. The Murphy Group develops residential properties under its development arm Murphy Homes Ltd., designing, developing and managing property developments on behalf of clients as main contractor, joint partner or co-developer.
