Our Capacity Building and Training experience includes:
- Environmental Regulation Needs Assessment and Capacity Building – Led a multi-stakeholder study of Ghana’s needs in relation to environmental governance and regulation of its growing oil and gas industry.
- Environmental, Social and Health Impact Assessment (ESHIA) Facilitation – Chosen as one of a few outside firms to serve as facilitators for a major oil company’s ESHIA process; helped develop and deliver ESHIA training for the oil company.
- Development of an Indigenous People’s Consultation Program, Stakeholder Engagement Plan and Community Investment Strategy for an onshore oil and gas exploration project in and around indigenous community reserves in Colombia
- Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) Training Course – Developed training materials, designed and delivered a one-week course on performing EIA for a large national industry in Brazil.
