Carbon Emissions Reduction Target (CERT)

We design and manage programmes for both the private and social sectors on a national and local area basis. In anticipation of the implementation of the government’s Home Energy Management (HEM) strategy, Osborne Energy has set up a team of nationally recognised managers (led by Mark Johnson) offering advice, programme design and delivery for our main clients free of charge in order to address future industry requirements.

However, our main focus on CERT remains:

• The cost effective delivery of quality insulation programmes
• To work closely with our partner utility companies to meet their requirements and needs
• To ensure clear and transparent reporting and monitoring
• To be the leader in health and safety and customer satisfaction
• To maintain our independence from installers, ensuring both governance and transparency
• To rigorously monitor the performance and delivery of our contractors
• To ensure programmes are well planned and delivered, both on time and on budget
• To manage risk by spreading work across our contractor network

Osborne Energy will continue our push to be market leaders on traditional CERT funded programmes, through our in-house management team and our national network of installers.

We have also established a successful call centre with bespoke data management and reporting systems to manage national lead generated programmes and as national policy pushes for all loft and cavity walls to be insulated by 2015, we are also developing the knowledge base and resource to help our clients deliver on CESP, Warm Homes and the strategic partnerships set out in the HEM strategy.
