We collect carpets from businesses, recycling centres, events, & manufacturers, sorting them by type & material composition.
Carpets are processed to separate fibres from backing materials, with each component prepared for specialist reuse in their end-market.
Polypropylene fibres are cleaned and pelletised for use in manufacturing. Calcium carbonate fillers are reclaimed for industrial applications..
These reclaimed materials are used in automotive parts, injection moulded products, 3D printing, and even sustainable equestrian flooring solutions
