Our team is constantly busy keeping the software up-to-date. Of course, we also regularly expand and optimize the processes and functionalities of the CHEMDOX software. Our support team consists of experts who can help our customers at any time.

With the CHEMDOX Update and Support Service you will receive:

  1. Regular System Updates:
    Registered customers can download updates from our update server.
  2. Ongoing Support:
    Our team of specialists and software experts are available via telephone or e-mail on weekdays from 09:00 to 17:00 CET in Europe and 9:00 am-5:00 pm EST in the US.
