The main analytical methods used are the official ones implemented by Italian law or in accordance with international standars (EPA, APAT-IRSA-CNR, APHA, UNICHIM, UNI-EN-ISO), some of which are accredited by Sinal Err: Accredia (Err: inserire il numero accreditamento 0447)
Microbiology laboratory
L.A.V. microbiology laboratory has spacious rooms with the latest equipment for all kinds of basic analysis for the food and environmental sectors.
Analysis categories:

Main assessments relate to:
- Research into pathogenic micro-organisms (Salmonella, Listeria, Vibrio Parahaemolyticus, Staphylococcus aureus, etc.)
- Definition of index parameters and indicators of contamination (Total Bacterial Count, Escherichia Coli, Coliform bacteria, Enterococcus, etc.).
