Civil Engineering Services

Larry E. Speaks & Associates, Inc., provides a number of civil engineering services for a variety of purposes. Many of our private sector clients are developers for shopping center, retail buildings, residential subdivisions, and commercial subdivisions. We also work with governmental agencies, city and county engineers. Larry E. Speaks & Associates, Inc., designs water systems and wastewater systems. We work closely with sewer authorities and we frequently work with the Alabama Department of Transportation on design and highway projects.
