RMA is justifiably proud of it’s Civil Site Design team and the variety of work that we produce. From large industrial installations, through commercial projects of any size, to the residential developments that are prevalent in the Atlanta area, our engineers and civil team are proficient in determining the most cost effective design. Our close interaction with construction contractors and their subcontractors gives us a strong understanding of actual costs. Our civil site services include due diligence studies, planning and layout, conceptual design, design development, and construction documents that are required for the various permits. We are keenly aware that most projects have an interest cost associated with the purchase of land. Often our greatest contribution to a project is the on time performance that allows the project to progress with the least schedule impacts.
