EHD in-house Claim Specialists work for YOU. They will assist in the reporting and management of complex claims, in order to reduce your Total Cost of Risk. Assist in reporting and management of claims. Prepare and submit loss reports to carriers (except WC). Challenge claim declinations, negotiate reserves, negotiate favorable coverage interpretations and establish claims management strategies. Assist in making recommendations for claim settlement (when appropriate). Communicate with insured’s on status of claims.
