2.In-Warranty Support– BRAE rainwater systems are typically sold with a standard one year, parts-only warranty. The BRAE In-Warranty Support Agreement goes well beyond the standard warranty to provide four critical services: Post-Installation Inspection, Occupancy Adjustment Service, Periodic Inspections, and Filter Changes.
3.Extended Factory Warranties– We provide a variety of extended warranties on our BRAE systems, allowing customers the opportunity to manage their ongoing costs of operations. BRAE rainwater equipment requires service as it operates. While you receive a standard parts warranty as the original purchaser, our extended warranties help you manage your costs and protect your business against increases associated with material or labor.
