The waste we collect from our customers is used to create clean, green energy, fueling local waste to energy sites to support a better future. Our recycling facility processes more than 81,000 tons of materials each year, preserving our environment and our community for future generations.

Penn Waste, being a locally owned and operated company, has developed a strong commitment to corporate social responsibility and local non-profit organizations. The success of non-profit organizations and the programs they provide are crucial to the future of South CentralPA.

Organizations such as the United Way, Crispus Attucks, Junior Achievement and Central Pennsylvania Food Bank are just a few of the organizations that Penn Waste supports.

Penn Waste has been a major supporter of the innovative wet lab that York College has built at their J.D. Brown Center for Entrepreneurs.
