IIC has developed the following activities on behalf of International clients:

Procurement
IIC can conduct purchasing rounds, in cooperation with clients purchasing departments, which include supplier pre-qualification, scope definition, tendering, evaluation, contract development and final award.
Where request IIC are please to offer a handover programme and regular reviews in order to ensure that supplier “promises" are realised in full.

Contracting
IIC has developed contracting schemes which ensure that the water treatment supplier is fully accountable for the performance of the applied water treatment programme, agreed contractual service with increased scope, penalty / bonus schemes and competitive fixed pricing.

Project Management
IIC has acted as project manager, following selection, tendering and procurement, of capital water treatment equipment to ensure that all process guarantees were appropriately defined and were met and equipment supplied, installed and operating to full original specification.
