The commercial team has a strong reputation for advising on high-value, complex commercial agreements in both the private and public sectors. Our specialist team advises on a range of day to day agreements dealing with the procurement and supply of a wide variety of goods and services, often where some form of technology or intellectual property is involved. We have also developed a strong niche in handling large-scale public sector projects and public procurement law.
