Community development coordinates our inter-related areas of expertise to deliver a final product that speaks to the community’s vision and establishes a sense of place. Through charrette processes, we are able to connect to the communities we work in, providing these services for profit and non-profit developers, government agencies, and allied design professionals. We possess a unique blend of formal and practical experience in commercial and real-estate development, transportation planning and design, and environmental expertise with brownfield redevelopment.

Our work focuses on master planning, permitting, design and completion of projects to create or revitalize urban places, and the public realm that connects and enhances these properties. We have the creativity to visualize the solution that best fits the community and the know-how to get it built.
