Each Belt Press is equipped with a moisture analyzer that records immediate results for the solid content of the dewatered cake.

This is most beneficial to the owner when materials are being disposed of at a facility where water content of the sludge cake is a major concern. By testing on site, you are assured it will be delivered to the disposal site within the agreed specifications before the hauler leaves the facility.
