Compliance Services
Roux Associates provides a wide range of regulatory compliance and management consulting services to corporate, legal and insurance industry clients. This includes environmental, health and safety audits and risk assessment services. We also work with individual sites, assisting site managers in meeting regulatory requirements, addressing facility equipment and program needs related to regulatory compliance and streamlining environmental management activities.
Services are provided for compliance with requirements of Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA), Underground Storage Tank (UST) Regulations; Occupational Safety and Health Act (OSHA); Clean Water Act (CWA); Clean Air Act (CAA); Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation and Liability Act (CERCLA); Emergency Planning and Community Right to Know Act (EPCRA)/Superfund Amendments and Reauthorization Act (SARA) Title III; Oil Pollution Act (OPA); Hazardous Materials Transportation Act (HMTA); Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA); and numerous state and local programs.
In addition to our regulatory services, Roux assists in developing, implementing and maintaining environmental management systems according to ISO 14001 or other guidelines as well as our clients’ own internal requirements. We bring this multi-disciplinary expertise to bear in understanding the statutory and regulatory liability associated with a business or property during the most challenging mergers and acquisitions/divestitures. Our work in mergers and acquisitions is focused on helping buyers and sellers fully understand the potential cost of environmental liabilities. In developing innovative strategies, we effectively address those liabilities and manage risks.
