Construction Oversight

BASELINE has worked extensively with public agencies engaged in major public works projects. Many of these projects are in cities where historic land uses have cConstruction Oversightaused the presence of contamination in the underlying soil and groundwater, or in areas underlain by artificial fill or naturally-occurring asbestos-containing bedrock. As a result, special precautions are required to ensure the health and safety of the construction workers and the surrounding community, as well as special excavated soil and groundwater management.
