We have for example direct experience with consultancy and advice for:

• shallow foundations on natural soil or on soil improvement, artificial materials, etc.
• pile foundations, bored piles, grout anchors, sheet pile walls, etc.
• sheet pile wall constructions
• settlements, the relation between time and settlement and the stability of roads, railroads, dikes, etc.
• Advices with respect to foundation damage (how the chance on damage can be reduced, or - in case of acted damage - analyze how the damage came into existence and advise with respect to the measures to be taken)
• calculation of jetties
• Advices for horizontal directional drilling (HDD, this concerns among other things the route of the pipeline, the maximum tension force during the pull in operation, the maximum allowable mud pressure in the drill passage and the soil mechanical parameters for the strength calculation) advice for horizontal guided borings (HDD; dit betreft o.a. het leidingtracé, de maximale trekkracht tijdens de intrekoperatie, de maximaal toelaatbare boorspoeldruk in de boorgang en grondmechanische parameters voor de sterkteberekening)
• specific advises for settlements of constructions like overburden tanks and buildings
• geohydrological designs, calculations and advice on behalf of pumpings, infiltration systems, ground source heat exchange, inversed osmose etc.
• environmental advice and sanitations plans
• advice with regard to disputes (e.g. arbitrage cases, lawcourt expert)

Besides the quite usual calculation methods our consultants also use advanced and very powerful calculation programs (including the finite element program PLAXIS).
